Conditions

All bookings are a minimum of one week - Cottage: Thursday (check-in 1530) to Thursday (check-out 1000) unless by prior arrangement. Farmhouse: Saturday (check-in 1530) to Saturday (check-out 1000) unless by prior arrangement.

Winter Long Stays (from four to twelve weeks) are real value for money and offer a great opportunity to really get to know the region. Ideal for a complete change, Christmas getaway or as a base when looking for a second home. Email the owners for more information.

We do not ask for security deposits - The Cottage is well furnished and we just ask our guests to take the same care as they would at home - loss, damage and breakages are the responsibility of the client.

We will confirm your booking on receipt of a 25% deposit. The balance in payable on arrival in Euros.

In mid and high season electricity and gas is included in the price. During low season, electricity is charged by the unit. All prices include weekly linen change and clean.

No smoking allowed in the cottage or farmhouse and, unfortunately, we cannot accept pets.
